TrustDemand provides marketing consulting and client acquisition systems for estate planning, trust, tax, and wealth advisory firms. Our services include strategy, paid acquisition, funnel build, and operational support as detailed in the engagement documents.
User obligations
You agree to provide truthful information in any form on the site, to use the site for lawful purposes only, and to refrain from any conduct that would interfere with the operation of the site or the experience of other users.
Intellectual property
TrustDemand owns all rights to its brand, content, frameworks, and methodologies. Clients receive a limited license to use the deliverables created for them as part of an active engagement. Reuse of TrustDemand's underlying frameworks or methodologies outside that engagement requires written permission.

TrustDemand is not a law firm or a financial advisory firm. Nothing on this site or in our services constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice. We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead, or business outcomes beyond the written commitments in a signed engagement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustDemand's total liability arising out of or related to these terms or the use of our services is limited to the fees paid by you to TrustDemand in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold TrustDemand harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your misuse of the services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the site or services at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms.
Governing law

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in Texas. You and TrustDemand waive any right to participate in a class action.
