TrustDemand is a trade name (DBA) operated by KWG Enterprises LLC. References to "TrustDemand," "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to KWG Enterprises LLC doing business as TrustDemand.

This Privacy Policy describes how TrustDemand collects, uses, and protects information you provide when you use our website or services. Our services are offered to businesses in the United States.

Information we collect

We collect information you voluntarily submit through forms on our site, which may include your name, firm name, role, email address, phone number, city and state, firm website, practice area, number of attorneys, where your new business comes from, and the figures you enter into our calculators. We also collect basic technical information automatically, including IP address, browser type, device information, referring website, campaign parameters in the link you followed, and pages visited.

We do not want and do not knowingly collect confidential client or matter information. Please do not submit details about your clients, their assets, or any specific legal matter through our website forms or calculators.

How we use information

We use the information you submit to prepare a targeted audit of your firm, to communicate with you about your inquiry, to deliver requested resources such as our pipeline-leaks brief or a calculator summary, to schedule and confirm consultations, and to operate and improve our services. We use technical information to understand how visitors find and use the site and to measure which marketing channels produce inquiries.

Cookies, analytics, and session recording

We use cookies and similar technologies for site analytics, advertising measurement, and call tracking. Specifically, we use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion measurement, Microsoft Clarity (which records anonymized session activity such as clicks and scrolling), CallRail call tracking, and a first-party attribution record stored in your own browser that holds only the page you landed on, the referring site, and campaign or click identifiers — never your name, email, or phone number.

We do not run behavioral retargeting advertising. You can opt out of analytics, advertising, and call-tracking cookies at any time using the control below, and full details are in our Cookie Policy.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data to anyone. We share information only with sub-processors that help us operate the business — for example, Google Workspace (email and document storage), Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager (measurement), Microsoft Clarity (session analytics), CallRail (call tracking), and GoHighLevel / LeadConnector (CRM, calendar, email and SMS delivery). Each sub-processor is bound by its own privacy and security obligations. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.

Data security

We take the security of your information seriously and use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it, including:

• Encryption in transit using TLS/HTTPS for all form submissions and data exchanged with our website and sub-processors.
• Encryption at rest within our sub-processor systems, each of which maintains SOC 2 or an equivalent security program.
• Access controls that limit access to your information to authorized personnel who need it to deliver our services, protected by strong passwords and multi-factor authentication.
• Principle of least privilege for sub-processors and internal team members, with access reviewed periodically.
• Secure credential storage — we never store API keys, passwords, or sensitive credentials in source code or in client-accessible locations.
• Monitoring and prompt response to suspected unauthorized access. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any applicable regulators as required by law.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using current industry-standard practices.

SMS / text messaging

If you provide your mobile phone number and check the SMS consent box on our audit form, you opt in to receive SMS messages from TrustDemand related to your inquiry. Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, and follow-up communication regarding your audit and engagement.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or email keegan@trustdemand.com. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the messaging sub-processor (GoHighLevel) strictly to deliver the messages you have consented to receive.

Data retention

We retain information you submit for as long as you are an active client or active prospect, and for three years afterward. After that period, we delete or anonymize the data unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting purposes.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion. To exercise any of these rights, email keegan@trustdemand.com. We will verify your request against the information we already hold before acting on it, and we will not discriminate against you for making a request.

US state privacy rights

Residents of California, Texas, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to obtain a copy of it, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, or profiling. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To opt out of analytics and advertising cookies, use the cookie control above. To exercise any other right, or to appeal a decision we make on a request, email keegan@trustdemand.com. We honor browser Global Privacy Control signals where our providers support them.

Not for minors

Our website and services are intended for business use by adults. They are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, email keegan@trustdemand.com and we will delete it.

Our role

When we deliver marketing services to a law firm, we act as a service provider to that firm. Information belonging to a firm's own prospects and clients that we process on the firm's behalf is handled under our engagement agreement with that firm and under the firm's own privacy notice, not this page.
