How we use information

We use the information you submit to prepare a targeted audit of your firm, to communicate with you about your inquiry, to deliver requested resources such as our benchmark report, and to operate and improve our services. We use technical information to understand how visitors find and use the site.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data to anyone. We share information only with sub-processors that help us operate the business — for example, Google Workspace (email and document storage), GoHighLevel (CRM and calendar), and analytics providers. Each sub-processor is bound by its own privacy and security obligations.

Data retention

We retain information you submit for as long as you are an active client or active prospect, and for three years afterward. After that period, we delete or anonymize the data unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting purposes.
