Cookie Policy

TrustDemand is a trade name (DBA) operated by KWG Enterprises LLC. This page explains the cookies and similar technologies used on trustdemand.com, what they do, and how you can turn tracking off.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We also use closely related technologies, including browser local storage and session storage, and small snippets of JavaScript that record how the site is used. Where this page says "cookies," it covers all of these.
What we use, and why
- Essential. Page delivery, security, and remembering your cookie choice and your progress through a multi-step form. These are always on; the site cannot work without them.
- Analytics. Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, tells us which pages get visited, how people move through the site, and where they leave. Microsoft Clarity records anonymized session activity such as clicks and scrolling so we can find broken or confusing pages.
- Advertising measurement. Google Ads and Google Tag Manager record whether a visit that came from one of our ads led to a form submission or a booked consultation. We do not run behavioral retargeting advertising.
- Call tracking. CallRail may assign a tracking phone number and record which page or campaign a call came from.
- First-party attribution. We store, in your own browser, the first page of your visit, the site that referred you, and any campaign or click identifiers present in the link you followed. This is passed with a form you choose to submit so we know which channel produced the inquiry. It never contains your name, email, or phone number.
- Scheduling and CRM. When you reach the booking step, our scheduling and CRM provider (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) may set its own cookies to run the calendar and to connect your booking to the form you filled in.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. We do not put your name, email address, or phone number into analytics tools or into public web addresses. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared for marketing purposes.
How long cookies last
Session cookies disappear when you close your browser. Analytics and advertising cookies typically last from a few days up to two years, depending on the provider's own settings. The attribution record we store in your browser stays until you clear your browser storage or opt out here.
How to opt out
Use the control below at any time. Opting out stops our analytics and advertising cookies from being set for you, clears the attribution record stored in your browser, and turns off first-party attribution capture. Essential cookies remain.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers offer a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control setting. Blocking all cookies may stop parts of the site, including the booking calendar, from working.
Third-party privacy notices
The providers above process data under their own notices, including Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager), Microsoft (Clarity), CallRail, and GoHighLevel. Please refer to their published privacy documentation for details of their own processing.
